TECHNICAL WRITING
Whether a user-friendly article defining MLS or a screenshot-filled guide on using Craigslist, good technical writing makes information more attainable for the user. Here are a few examples:

• What is MLS?: Although most home owners have heard of the MLS, the way it actually works is a little foreign to them. This piece was created to explain it in everyday language.

• How to Use Craigslist: At Buy Owner, some clients are very unfamiliar with technical/Web tools, so I created this picture-filled guide to explain how to post something home advertising on Craigslist.

• Using RSS: The sales representatives who sell Buy Owner advertising needed to understand how Real Simple Syndication can be an asset to them and their clients. I created this guide for the most basic of technical levels.
